Buy it.
Then come to the forums to read a bunch of people **** and moan (and fail to admit that they'll buy it too).jadefishes wrote...
Then don't buy the crappy DLCs, the nonexistant expansion, or the game. Do please dedicate large amounts of rage and energy to hating the game. It helps.
And as you're entitled to your feelings on the game, so are the people who don't feel the same as you. Name calling and belitting someone else because they don't agree with you says a hell of a lot more about you.
This seems to be the prevailing viewpoint amongst the "faithful", doesn't it? It would be just as easy for the game's critics to make broad assumptions that the "fans" are a bunch of shills, poor consumers, and/or have incredibly poor taste in games, but I mostly just see continued critiques and debate from that side without resorting to a bunch of childish name calling. Perhaps that defensiveness comes from being outnumbered 3-to-1? Perhaps they harbor a secret love for the people at Bioware?
I'm not sure why this so hard to understand, but:
Being disappointed with Dragon Age II and coming to the developer's forum to let them know why =/= "rage" and "hate"
It's not just the "haters"; aside from Sonic it's the lowest reviewed Bioware game ever. It's pretty clear that across the board, the overwhelming consensus is that it's flawed.
Why exactly do folks get so incredibly bent out of shape that people are unhappy with this game? This zealous, angry defense of a product is bizarre. You like the game so much, awesome, go play it. Bioware and EA have a satisfied purchaser in you. I expect better for $60, and I expect better from Bioware. I paid just like everyone else and was disappointed, and I have just as much right to talk about it here as you do. Deal with it.

I know! I have seen those who were disappointed calling those that love it fanbois (so obnoxious that spelling and the term) mouth breathing, koolaid drinkers...and it pisses me off no end! I had one today I reported for using vulgar language and calling someone a slur having to do with sexual orientation, which I will not repeat (you all can figure out which word I mean), and I reported him/her for it. I am no Mary Sue, but damn I believe people have a right to their opinions.
I do feel like I didn't get my $60 worth, but I have also managed to make that clear and what I found wrong (and right) in the BioWare official threads. Actually it makes me happy that some really love it. And it just goes to show with all the emotional outcries from both sides, how much we all love this franchise and BioWare (even if we are mad, sad, disappointed, happy, and exstatic about DA2).

Notice the marketing that is used to sucker more of us into buying inferior products, then make a well known hand gesture, walk away, and go buy Skyrim.
