I cannot for the life of me figure out what my online pass code is or where it is.

I pre-ordered and bought DA 2 on Steam.

I've already triend entering my Dragon Age 2 key, my Entitlemnet key, and my Preorder Entitlement key.

It should be the same key you used to register Black Emporium.

It was the one named "Dragon Age 2 - Entitlement".

(I bought the digital download from g2play and I'm not so sure the Emporium is included, for example)

I never bothered to look for the code, just clicked on the "don't remember/lost" link and it gave me ME2 serial instantly. =) Gave it to a friend of mine, since I already own ME2.

sorry for the bumping up the 'already answered' post, anyway I too have the problem which perles stated. Seeing the reason of bioware(for handing out mass effect 2 for free) it feels rather odd not granting it to us, seeing the fact I bought it fair and square but just lacking that extra code.

edit:my reason of making this reply is:"isnt there a way to still obtain one of the copies, I have never really bothered buying mass effect(seeing the fact I dislike the whole sci-fi stuff) but as a free game I would ofcourse give it a try:)"

All real retail copies of the game come with two codes, one for the game and one for Black Emporium, etc.
A cursory glance at the G2Play site makes me think they're just ripping codes out of game boxes and scanning them.   If you didn't get the 2nd code, you need to bring that up with G2Play as they're failing to sell you the complete product otherwise.

On retail copies, the code is located on a seperate insert in the box labelled "Activate your Dragon Age II Online Pass". The main game serial is located on the back of the manual.

I was pretty excited about this seeing as I still can't download Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, or Mabari Warhound because for some reason when I try and install these downloads it says that I don't have DA2 installed. But I finished it like, 2 weeks ago :/ So then I try and activate my free copy of ME2 and it says the product code - that I just got today from the offer page on my account - I entered is already used? I'm so confused. So many highs and lows! I love your stuff Bioware! I just really want it to work -please?

Apologies for posting here, not getting any help via the EA support forums. Anyone have any luck with the EADM? After not following the instructions (as they are wrong ) I figured out how to get EADM and ME2.

The EA Download Manager went and downloaded/installed the ME2 to my C drive...except I told it to put it on another drive as C is my system drive with minimal space. Can I uninstall it and redownload it or am I stuck?

Depends on the region, in my country there are 2 retail game version, basic and extended, and the basic one does not include the Black Emporium code.

(not to mention that I had also some problems with the code they gave me, which I think it's the reason why, if I click on the "Code forgot" button, the system doesn't recognize me and doesn't give me the code for Black Emporium)

I have an issues I bought a retail copy and I have the extra piece of paper that says activate your online pass but the its blank there isn't any code so how do I get my online pass? Help.

I have the promo code and attempted to enter it, but it says I have already entered, which is possible. I have not found where I download ME2. It's not on my system and not listed as one of my games. What are my options.

Are you using Steam or EADM? It isn't possible to download it via Steam.
If you are using EADM, manually log out and log in and it should show up in your library.

I have an actual retail copy from walmart. I logged out and logged back in and it still doesn't show. I do when logged in show above the important information about code redemption section Dragon Age II | Mass Effect2. When I click on ME2 it only gives me directions on how to redeem it. The code still says it has been used but nothing shows.

No no you got me wrong. Log out in the EA Download Manager not in the social site.

There is no direct download. Your only option is to use the EADM for a digital download.
Go here: http://www.ea.com/1/download-manager
Download the EADM, log into your EA account and download and activate it from there.

Does it say "Thank you for purchasing Dragon Age II. Here is your Mass Effect 2 download code" and shows a code below it?
If so then redeem that code in EADM.

If it asks you to enter a code then enter your Black Emporium code in there. You should then receive the ME2 code and follow the previous step.
