Quite a few things relax me. Music like this, and strawberry banana smoothies. So what puts you in your "Zen" state of mind?
What relaxes you?

Reading, cooking, sitting in the sunshine, a good film, cuddles on the couch...

Cooking makes me even less relaxed, unless I'd be reading too sitting in the sunshine would just make me restless.
But the others, sure.

What relaxes me...hmm...I'd say a good hot bath...lying in the grass staring at the sky on a beautfiful sunny day...having no problems and worries on my mind...drawing...
I'll settle for the 'having no worries on my mind' thing. I tend to worry a lot

Good music. Any music style really, so long as it spouses well with my ear.

Killing people online, sleeping and just being at home.

Someone has to say "alcohol", so it may as well be me. I'd love to say that sleep relaxes me, but I'm a chronic insomniac.
Music is good too, if I'm in the right mood. I'm usually in "a" mood, but often not the right one.

We creatures of the night are far too misunderstood... sleep would be relaxing if the nocturnals could get any. It's very easy to get the sleep schedule out of order...

Quiet.
It's all too uncommon in my household, so every second of quiet is a blessing.

Curling up under the sheets with a good book. Lazing around on a cool Spring day. Drinking hot chocolate after freezing my butt off shoveling snow outside.

A mug with a good amount of melted chocolate whilst laying on the couch and cuddling & kissing the person I love;
Sit on a wide open field at night and couting how many stars as I can; and
Travel to the mountains during the Autumn or Spring.

Rigorous masturbation.
Sidenote: There is no other kind.

The guys can learn a few things after reading this thread:
The best way to have your girlfriend relax around you is a hot cup of cocoa, cuddling, and killing people online. Er, wrong one... well, maybe that one.

Lately, not a whole lot, but a quiet evening in front of the TV is always nice.

A mug of horlicks, A good film and laying my head in my partners lap with a pillow on it (Has terribly uncomfortable boney knees) while they stroke my hair. I've always found having my hair stroked relaxing ever since i was a kid and my mum would do it when i was sick.

Pushing myself to a set limit or goal (work outs, runs etc.) compleating a draining and challanging task...the feeling I get afterwards, though...tiring is all the same exhilarating.
I also enjoy semi sunny/cloudy days, going on nature walks, hands on tasks, and lastly a good warm bath.

Sleep, any sort of (slightly) intellectual discussion, overcast weather, vidjya games, reading...
And, if I could just sort of dream for a moment...break dancing.

Yep. Silence, solitude, and lots of time. Add in a warm bowl of stock and a book or role-playing game for good measure.
