Honestly, reading a Bible cools me off when I am angrier beyond measurement.
What relaxes you?

Listening to Hendrix, or lying in bed and just not thinking about anything. Which is much harder to do than you'd think. Or lying in bed and thinking about everything asteroid impacts, how terrifying super volcanoes are, how big the universe is, stuff like that. I like contradictions.

Quit. Or the sound of rain. The sound of the tub filling with water and the warmth of it. Draw and/or writing has always helped me relax and zone out, too.

A nice hot sauna, preferably followed by swimming in a lake.
A glass of great single malt scotch. Candles or a fireplace in the winter.

BEER GOOD! FIRE BAD!
LIES!
Fire is awesome and magical....just watch its dance. I used to be a pyro actully. But alas I stoped that long ago after setting a tennis court on fire with two idiot friends. Well it was largely the idiots fault, I however did buy the stuff we used, and am also to blame.....more so that I gave one of the idiots two molotov cocktails, and foolishly didn't expect him to throw them onto the container of paint thinner, then proceading to roll around laughing when it explodes as I try and fight the fire alone as the other kid ran.
So don't judge me DRUNK >> lulz.
But destruction (such as knocking things down/apart), shooting, fighting, or some sword play, are also some I do...yet not often for obvious reasons.

Oh yes, I know. The beer good, fire bad thing is an old quote from an animated Metallica spoof cartoon mocking their lawsuit against Napster. It makes Lars look like a whiny little troll with James looking like an oafish barbarian that can only utter a simple word or two followed by GOOD! or BAD! Ah, the early internetz.

Grappling with guys. There is nothing like having a strong, sweaty man on top of you. It's heavenly.
