Haha, great.  I can't say anything about the new third game, as I haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but I will definitely vouch for the second one! :3

I saw the review for the third one on Gametrailers.com and they ripped it apart. It didn't look a patch on the first two, I loved them. I dunno why they put an RPG on a handheld, surely it would have been much better as a full on console release.

I can't say that surprises me much, sadly. Still, I'll approach it with an open mind and, if nothing else, I'll probably enjoy it for nostalgia's sake.

@RhiGibson: I don't know why people are so reticent to admit they play Pokemon still, it's a damn good handheld RPG.

The first "Memorable" game I played was Halo, that was incredible. No game has ever gotten me actually excited about the storyline apart from Mass Effect and Uncharted 2 though
