So does Shepard have to do them or can i also get the achievements by getting Squad members to use them during combat?

Cause if Shep has to do them it means another play and im guessing i need to be a tech to do the specialist ones?

After that its just hard and insanity to finish them off.

Only Shep can get achievements.

So to get all the achievements you have to play Adept and Engineer to get them. Technically you don't have to play soldier, but it just makes using the weapons easier, you really only have to kill with the assigned weapon.

Singularity Mastery
Use biotic Singularity 75 times
15


Stasis Mastery
Use biotic Stasis 75 times
15


Damping Specialist
Use Damping Field 75 times
15


AI Hacking Specialist
Use AI Hacking 75 times
15


Overload Specialist
Use Shield Overload 75 times
15


Sabotage Specialist
Use Sabotage 75 times
15


Neural Shock Specialist
Use Neural Shock 75 times

Best bet is to do an engineer and an adept playthrough. That will let you clear out the use this so many times achievements.

Actually from what I understand, you can get those achievements by directing your squad to use theirs, I'm quite sure of it...I play only Infiltrator, but have received some biotic achievements from other classes....Plus, I'm not even 100% sure if you even need to direct your squad to use theirs to get the achievement, I Never use incinerate or incineration Ammo and very rarely direct my squad to do so, but have received the incineration achievement, I'm still trying to work out how that happened.

You would be incorrect sir.  The only way to get any of the kill this or use that so many times achievements is via Shepard.  Squad use does not count.  

If you want to test this and have the game on PC.  You can use this http://meforums.biow...33231&forum=125 (achievement editor) to monitor your usage and see that use of companion abilities has zero effect toward the achievements.
