I'm guessing you missed the sticky threads about this announcement and the big thing on the main site?

Also, in case you missed this, you got the free ME2 too. Anyone who bought the game previously gets it. Not just people who buy it now.

edit:

Yes you can. Doesn't matter what platform you bought DA2 on, you can get a free ME2 for your pc.

As far as I understand this deal only applies to the PC version of Mass Effect 2 and it's not as if anyone who games on the PC actually buys their games to begin with so I don't see what the big loss is.

Slightly above yours since you couldn't check the sticky in the forums and post your topics under the wrong category?

Judging by the red and white 2 under his picture, I'm guessing his point is that people who have been buying all of Bioware's products for years are getting nothing.

You still get a free ME2 code which you can give to someone who DOESN'T have ME2.

BioWare endorses more people playing the PC version of ME2.
They endorse this because of mods.
Therefore, messy-haired Shepard (see avatar) is canon.

MY LOGIC IS FLAWLESS, DO NOT DISPUTE IT.

I've been rocking Mass Effect 1 and 2 on the XBOX, but I had purchased ME1 on the PC a couple of years ago when it was cheap. It's nice to get ME2 for the PC for free. Some kind of incentive to finish a gameplay on the PC.

Makes me wonder if I want to change my ME3 pre-order to PC instead of xbox :T
Then again, I got all my dlc on the xbox already. Go me :(
