I just wanna know that if you unlock an online promotion for the PC, will you find it un the XBOX as well?

It depends on the promotion, I believe...but in most every case, if you unlock something for the PC (as Griz said), it will unlock for the X360 as well...PS3 is another story. You can check DA's website for more info...
