I just got the free copy of ME2 that was very kindly given to purchasers of DA2. It says the game comes with the free Firepower Pack DLC, but I can't seem to find any of that content in the game? How do I unlock the Firepower Pack?

This is a misconception. You have to buy DA2 this month to get the Firepower Pack. Previous people get ME2 and Cerebus Network which does include Firewalker. That too causes confusion too.
But that said, Bioware, give everyone Firepower Pack. Why give newcomers a better deal than loyal customers in a "loyalty program"? And I'm not asking for myself because I have the Firepower Pack already, Bioware. Check my stats. It's only fair to give it to loyal members too.

What? First time I hear about Firepower pack free.
Now that I have a new, reliable laptop, I got to get at least Kasumi and Shadow Broker DLCs. But I don't have the money right now.

The downloads for it should be on your entitlements page here on this site. You install each one. There are five things that make up the Cerebus Network download.
Zaeed - missions and bonus squadmate (he's kinda badass so you should enjoy lol)
Cerebus Weapon and Armor - just what it says. Bonus armor and weapon
Normandy Crash Site - bonus mission
Cerebus Arc Projector - bonus weapon
Firewalker Pack - vehicle and set of missions to use the vehicle

You don't get Firepower free unless you buy DA2 this month. I know that's messed up in a so-called "loyalty program" event but it is what it is. Bioware should make that available too to the loyal people. You get Firewalker which is part of the Cerebus Network for free.

Yeah, I know about Firewalker and the other free Cerberus Network stuff. Zaeed was the last one to come out before my old laptop crashed.
Eh, honestly, weapon packs in this kind of game, by that I mean a game without swords and other melee weapons, doesn't apply to me so in this case I can look past it. But it's the principal of the thing.
Though can't really complain when I got all this free stuff for Dragon Age II already. Guess I am just greedy.

I preordered DA2, I got ME2 for free which is great, but as a "loyal" bioware fan I - of course - already had ME2. So Im gonna make a friend happy.
But what about me? I want to be happy too... the firepower pack I dont have... Make me happy Bioware...

Yes, Bioware is a contradiction on this program and they need to hear about it.
And again, before a fanatic gets in here saying I'm not happy with free stuff, I already have the Firepower Pack and I think it's not right everyone else doesn't have it.

I just spent an hour with ea live chat support( the first guy didn't know about the offer and asked me to provide screenshot of where i'd read the offer, I linked him to the ea store page but he still wanted the screenshot. he then transfered me to tier 2), the guy eventually said he'll add it to my account but it's not showing up in 'my registered game content' list tho the guy said he can see it on there. I'm going to give it a day or two otherwise contacting support again.
