Wow. A world war AND a blight. That's not good. King Alistair doesn't say anything about that or seem worried, but I don't suppose he would, not with a non-warden.

If there isn't, then Anders wouldn't be dreaming about archdemons. It might still be underground somewhere. The last blight just ended, so there probably aren't enough darkspawn to do whatever it is the archdemons are trying to do.The Angry One wrote...
I think if there were a Blight we'd hear something in 7 years.

And where does Anders say he's dreaming of archdemons anyway?
Regardless of the fact that he could just be exagerrating/lying.

Are you sure Anders specifically said it was an archdemon? And what act?

No, that's how Alistair knew it was a blight. They dream of darkspawn their whole lives, but not archdemons.TobiTobsen wrote...
Dreaming of an Archdemon when you got the taint is like seeing white rabbits or pink elephants when you're on drugs/alcohol.

When does he mention that?!
When you ask him some Warden related thing in a conversation question line. I think it's an oversite of the writers, he should only be dreaming about Darkspawn. In theory..

It takes time for the Archdemon to gather their army. The Blight might not have started.

If it's any indication, the 6th old God is Razikale, the Dragon of Mystery.
He might be more subtle than the others and is just waiting to do his moving.

Maybe that's why Stroud is talking about something "bigger" when you meet him in Kirkwall.

Yeah because Urthemiel, god of beauty totally spruced up everything in his Blight.

I don't think this is the case. Alistair was quite specific about the dream of an archdemon proving it was a blight. He doesn't talk about other factors.EmperorSahlertz wrote...
Grey Wardens dream of Darkspawn. That can be anything, including Archdemons. However, during Blights they are particularly numerous, vivid and more often about the Archdemon.

See, if that were the case then wouldn't Duncan and the other wardens have had years of advance warning?

And it could be possible there is another Blight brewing- the Orlesian epilogue slide in Awakening hinted there were rumors of another Blight starting in the Anderfels. But of course, the epilogue slides are subject to change, so ignore that.

Where is that said? I thought they dream about all kind of darkspawn all the time, including Archdemons. Just when a Blight is coming they dream constantly of the leading Archdemon and hear him talk.
