How come Anders' Warden dreams are of Archdemons?

Stroud would dress like the Biker from the Village People. They have the same beard.

So, this time Archdemon will be sentient too, probably will talk. Like "bring me the empress, I wish to feast upon her lard!".Maria Caliban wrote...
That whacky Architect has been up to tricks again.
Makes sense, since Architect knows exactly where all remaining Old Gods are slumbering.

It looks like we have finally found the reason why Stroud, your sibling, and the others were in such a hurry.
Is this because of the 6th Archdemon, or closing time at the club? (I may have got a little confused as to the point of this thread).
I don't reckon there's going to be a blight, simply cos we've had one already and it's so last title. Want something different!

Archdemons have always been sentient I believe.

Archdemon is at the club and refuses to leave. While drunken Architect is performing some lap dancing. Now, that's something worth seeing.Ealos wrote...

Anders was probably being snarky. It's how he his in Act 1 especially. Dreaming of the Darkspawn is quite normal. But since you only really see the Old Guy in the blight. I doubt a Warden would know the voice of an Old God any better than when it becomes an Arch Demon.

The awakened broodmother wasn't exactly all there, no saying that an awakened AD would be any more rational.
But there were those like the Messenger who were rather harmless outside of being a Taint spreading darkspawn

Keep in mind. Alistair in Origins said how you can hear the Arch Demon talking to "them" being the dark spawn. But Alistair could not understand what they were saying. He only said some of the "older wardens claim they can understand it. I sure can't." So the Old Gods maybe calling to the dark spawn. But I don't know if all could understand what they were saying.

Broodmother is about the only monster type they haven't recycled. Expect to see one in DLC. That's right, this time we'll have to pay to be horribly sickened.
You mean like Awakening?

I'm sure they'll hype a female character up, give her no character development, and then make her transform into a broodmother for no reason.

You know I never actually got that far in Awakening, it felt too desolate for me to go on.

Or for a big shocker, have that character built up in a way you're sure she's going to be a broodmother, then kill her off and make her male companion one.
Why? To mind screw us of course. What sense would it make? None!

You fight 4 at the same time at one point, and the Mother is a pretty lass.

I facepalm'd. And agreed.
On topic : either he was joking, or grey wardens dream of the archdemons all the time (they hear 'the song'), but can only hear the archdemon talking to the horde when it is awakened, and that's significantly different from the former : that's when they know a blight is begining.
