 So I just came across this while exploring the Blooming Rose, Merrill will give a +5 Rivalry if you purchase any "services". Hadn't come across any other companions that will react that way, even with Isabella in the group. Curious to know if there are any others?

I forgot what Fenris said if he said anything at all. Probably something about leaving quickly.

Taking Aveline and Isabela for the first time is hilarious.
I don't remember the exact lines but Isabela starts a joke where she asks for the difference between a **** and something else, and says that the **** doesn't have nice boots, where Aveline ends with "Your boots look fine to me"

Anders says something along the lines of "If someone tries to hire me again, I'm leaving."

I know Aveline has a hilarious reaction when Hawke gets propositioned by the elf in chapter 1. It's basically "Not now Hawke... >:C" Absolutely cracked me up.

Yeah, Anders has my favorite line for entering the Rose. He sounds so defeated when he says it, and I can see my Hawke holding out a few coins with a wry grin on his face. :innocent:

There are a lot of great lines but so far only Merrill has given a "negative" (ie Rival) reaction if you purchase services.

LOL, you have to remember, he does state that he treats most of the people at the Blooming Rose at his clinic. He knows where they have been and what they have.

You only get the dialogue if you sleep with one of the ladies or gents, and he is in your party.

As far as I know you only get Rivalry + from Anders and Merrill if you pay for a hooker... while you're romancing them. He's not objecting to you paying for sex. He's objecting to you screwing a hooker while you're "dating" him.

Wait, what? I've never gotten the option to sleep with that elf! Dammit, that's no fun.

... Maybe it's always because Hawke is flirting with Anders and I feel his eyes starring into the back of poor Hawke's head.

Poor Hawke.

That said though, I do think Anders has the best lines for the Blooming Rose.

"If someone trys to hire me again, I'm leaving."

I know I'd try.
