I have been trying unsuccesfully to create an account using my exisiting Bioware NWN account.

Each time it says I'm logged in with the Bioware community account, but when i select an avatar picture it says I have a field incomplete.

I've checked and double checked and had someone lese check for me, and every field is correctly filled in. Password is correct, everything.

So.. I tried a different tactic.

Got myself back to the sign-up page and chose use exisiting EA account instead (that account has a different email address etc), that worked, until I tried to use my username, which it said was already in use (in my NWN account) it asked me to confirm that I owned it, so I did and it then got me back where I started, unable to complete the form because something was incomplete!!!!

In the end I started from scratch, used my EA account, but used a diferent username and it worked fine. But I'd really like to have it lined up and using the same username as my original NWN/Bioware/Mass Efefct etc etc account.

Any suggestions? or is this a known bug?

I'm also having this issue, and finally had to use a completely separate email address and username from what I *should* be using. This also seems to happen between browsers; both Firefox 3.5.4 and IE8 have this problem. Can someone comment on this? I want to make sure my account, which I had to take some time to remember how to get into since my NWN days, is going to work with DA.

In regards to "deployed just now", what does this mean? Refresh page...clear cache? Because Im still having this issue.

[edit] Never Mind...Just waited a few more minutes , and it works now .

it isn't fixed. I had the same problem. In fact I still can't use my bioware account information on the social site. I had to create an all new one.
