I have been trying unsuccesfully to create an account using my exisiting Bioware NWN account.

Each time it says I'm logged in with the Bioware community account, but when i select an avatar picture it says I have a field incomplete.

I've checked and double checked and had someone lese check for me, and every field is correctly filled in. Password is correct, everything.

So.. I tried a different tactic.

Got myself back to the sign-up page and chose use exisiting EA account instead (that account has a different email address etc), that worked, until I tried to use my username, which it said was already in use (in my NWN account) it asked me to confirm that I owned it, so I did and it then got me back where I started, unable to complete the form because something was incomplete!!!!

In the end I started from scratch, used my EA account, but used a diferent username and it worked fine. But I'd really like to have it lined up and using the same username as my original NWN/Bioware/Mass Efefct etc etc account.

Any suggestions? or is this a known bug?

this has been fixed in the latest site build, deployed just now.
