i have the cerberus net on my 360 version of me2 and i am signing in with the same account..yet it says i need to still buy it, am i doing something wrong? or do i need to buy the code

You need to sign in using the same account you purchased the Dragon Age DLC on I believe.

Oh my God, I just realized that for Dragon Age 2 they could have a "Ser Berus" Network for free DLC's.

well i still didnt get it even when i logged in on my account (gg not checking options eh?) yet still asks me to buy or enter my cerberus code.

Hrm, I'd suggest contacting customer support then, the free ME2 is supposed to entitle you to full access to the Cerberus Network same as if you had bought it in any other form.

If you go to this page, you should see if it says the Cerberus Network is activated. If it is, you need to go here to then download the content. And if you have further questions, feel free to ask in this thread.
