I've tried the Sketchy on the Details quest a couple times now, but whenever I talk to Sketch at the docks at night, the quest is UPDATED, but not COMPLETED.  Is this normal, or is this a bug?

I have NOT downloaded the patch if that makes a difference.

It just stays in the journal.
