I am batteling Sophia in Warden's Peak and when I kill her I get the boots, armor, and gloves I think. I heard it's possible that she drops a shield. Is this true?

Yeah, but FWIH it's a rare drop. Not sure what the actual ID for the item is, so you could add it by toolset or command...
