 I'm playing on freaking casual and I'm trying to get to the gallows then all of a sudden this huge guy and a ton of bad guys just spawn out of nowhere? what the heck am I supposed to do my whole team gets killed within minutes. WTF? it's pissing me off and I'm getting ready to snap this game in half that is how mad it's making me.  I'm getting pissed because I can' t beat this game. I have finished all the other Bioware games I own with no problems this fight is getting infuriating.

Yeah he got me too - you have to back up somewhere once they spot you - the waves and the mage ars bad enough - leave the boss for last

If you're experiencing difficulties on casual - plug in your controller of choice, and maybe turn on the screen. That might help.

Have a powerful mage cast a lot of AOE spells like firestorm lightning etc to take care off all the lesser enemies if you have revival use it. And make sure your weapons have good damage also who all is in your party?

Gee some real nice helpful responses here. Not every one plays a tactical game and yes even on casual some battles can be tough if you do not have the ideal group compliment or setup....what a bunch of curmudgeons.

Granted much of the strategy's been sucked outta this game since DAO, but really?

I could care less how easy peasy games are for other people or how often people whip a game on nightmare some people can't figure out the fact that just because something is easy for them it might not be for others.

For example I just played the Sir Varnell quest on normal and got beat 3 times in a row when in all other games I had no problem at all.  My current group of Aveline, myself as a bow rogue, Sebastien and Anders is extremely wimpy.
