The problem is that Egyptian gods are too manly for the battle against the reapers to be a fair fight.

Some bird people would be sweet.

Besides from what I can tell, they're one of the major mission types of aliens in Mass Effect.

The other main one that's missing: big hairy aliens.

Seriously what's up with the lack of mamallian aliens? Where are the wookies?

Who knows, maybe the Volus and the Quarians are really really hairy?

I for one welcome our new Egyptian bird overlords. Better practice your pyramid building skills.

^the raloi were mentioned in the Cerberus Daily News as a "new entry to the Citadel" and described as "avian". People are assuming that they will then be in ME3

I doubt they'll have a role seeing as this takes place on earth.

You leave earth in the beginning of the game. The whole of ME3 isnt on Earth.

That would be really boring indeed if they took a series known for galactic exploation and made a sequel take place on one planet lol

The Batarians are described as hairy in the books. I think its due to engine and hardware limitations that we don't see hair. Humans in the ME universe only have some on their head as well with their body being completely bare.

The Raloi would have different appearances similiar to human races (white, black, asian, etc.) and a caste system.

^ Accept they are different species not different races of Raptors.
I do hope that the Raloi are in ME3, I believe it has been confirmed that some new races may appear. The Raloi seem to be a likely candidate. Any other Races that have't been seen? Perhaps some Protheans or more Yahg?

What's with all the aliens? There can only be enough carbon-based bipeds with a single human emotion to define them in one galaxy before it starts being obvious that all these aliens are just humans with a different skin.

I'm against new aliens in ME3. They can take the Drell away too.

Hey, the drell are awesome! But with that being said, we don't really need another new alien race for newnesses sake.

The Raloi better be cool looking.

If you look at ME no races with really broad interests on the scale of the orginals were added. Drell were a client race for the Hanar (which explains thier wider power) and Vorcha were highly primative. I personally just want to see the existing races be fleshed out more or have thier issues resolved.

Me too. adding a new racing in this late in the series seems a bit rushed. But then again, this is Bioware's project, and I'm sure that in a year I'll be perfectly happy with their decision.
