I've purchased DA II which comes with the online pass for the Black Emporium bonus content. I activated it and it seemed to be succesful. But I couldn't find it on the DLC in the game and the code cannot be used again.
Did I miss something?

It needs to be downloaded and installed.The game isnt set up like orgins.
