I have tried several times to update my character profiles for Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age II to no effect. I can't even access my character from Dragon Age 2. I have tried everything I can think of, and my friend can't even access my Origins characters. Am I doing something wrong, or...have I done something wrong?

I figured out its because I used a hyphen in my name for K'yehlar.

So how do I go about deleting that from my personas page? It won't let me.

I haven't been able to update DA:O for forever and now DA2 hasn't updated since 3/16. I have been actively trying to fix it since day one. I've tried every solution of which I can think.

My current character has no hyphens, apostrophes etc, nor has my username, and still my current character hasn't been updated since February 8...

I am still getting the "INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION" message under profile diagnostics. This is the only thing I can think of as to why my DA:O characters are not uploading. This has been going on since December, 2010.

I am playing on the 360.

I've contacted EA, done everything imaginable to try to fix this. To NO AVAIL.

For anyone playing on the XBOX 360 version, suffering from the "INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION" issue, please move over the the XBOX360 tech support forum, and post your problems in my topic. Hopefully, it will be seen, by some of the dev's, considering they are working on the current problem with "unauthorized DLC" issue on the 360.
