Hi
It's not that I don't like ME2. On the contrary - it's awesome, but now that BioWare/EA are giving ME2 for free, if you bough DA2, do you think it's possible for me to go in the shop and get money back for my copy ME2? Or does it only count for the downloadable version of ME2?
Bought ME2 few weeks ago, can I get money refund on it?

Isn't that a question for your retailer?

Why? Was the game not worth your money?

Unlikely, as you seem to have already installed the store copy. And yes, the promo code is only for the EA store version.

ah ok, too bad then
ME2 is worth much more than I've paid for it, but if I could get money back from EA/Bioware due to their offer atm, so why not take that possibility?

Give the promo code to a friend like me :-)
Although, I wish they let me choose ME2 or 1600 Bioware points... so I can get DLCs for free instead but ah well :-P tis better than nothing.

I also bought ME2 recently for my PS3. I really wanted to play ME1, i would love it if I could get a free ME1 copy, instead of a free ME2.

Sorry, only loyal fans are rewarded with ME2 since they never purchased it. The rest of us who actually paid for the game...wait that can't be right.

Offer is aimed at the incoming crowd of players.Yes...we all know that most long time Bioware players play anything with the bioware logo.
What really ticks me off though,is the way they handled the cerebus codes..I mean if you already had the game, you automaticlly lose your second cerberus code...making the game less valuable to give away...

They're only doing it for PC and they're doing ME2 because it's a newer game but ME1 hould be very cheap now.Funny_chan wrote...

"I bought a car last week, and now there's a $2000 sale. Can I get $2000?"
"Only if you can return a week worth of use."

I think it was pretty brilliant of them, since you can give it away. People who haven't played the game get happy, since they get a good game for free. People who have already bought it don't get as happy, but they get to give it away to somebody else, which isn't awful, at least. Nice gesture. Plus, they'll probably boost sales for ME3 with all the new ME2 fans they'll get. Win-win.
