I've installed the toolset, and in the toolset folder I found the Dragonagetoolset.exe and clicked it to start the toolset but it comes up an error everytime and a message comes up telling me: "unable to connect to the database. Run the toolset configuration program and verify your settings.."
I've looked and looked about everywhere for a toolset configuration program but I find it nowhere. So I can't start the toolset...
Help, anyone ?
How to start the toolset - an error message says to use toolset config. program

First of all, the configuration program should be in the Dragon Age/tools folder, if I recall correctly.
The Cannot Connect to Database issue is a known bug with many different, independent causes. BioWare is working on a toolset patch ( http://social.biowar.../8/index/173428 ) that will hopefully fix many of these problems.

tnx! I found it just before I got your reply. Incredible that I missed it for so long really.. I take it then that it doesn't matter what I do in the configuration program, coz I still get the same error message even after having been through the configuration..

The configuration tool is failing to set a registry entry in some cases that might be the cause of the connection failures. I just finished writing up a little page on the wiki about this today that might be of some use, specifically
http://social.biowar...e_this_database
indicates where you can find the registry entry and how to find out what to set it to. See if that helps.
