i just got my free ME 2
i know it doesn't comes with a cerberus network code
but it DOES comes with some DLC (zaeed,crash site, cerberus weapon and armor)
but the DLC is not listed on my registered games content
what should i do?

Same here. I was gifted the code from a friend. Would they have received the DLC code?

have you read the faq on http://dragonage.bioware.com/me2offer.

jdukester it appears from reading the faq the cerberus network content is added to the account that bought dragon age 2, so if your friend gave you the me2 code then it'll be added to your friends account. guess you'll have to contact ea cs to see if it can be moved over.

In my case, run any ME2 DLC installer download from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php just got a error message like "Mass Effect 2 does not appear to be installed. Please install the game, and try again".

Can any one help me out?
My pc's OS is win7 sp1 64bit, and the game can be played normally.

i've used my cerberus code
but i can't connect to cerberus
and when i try to use it again it says "code already in use"
still i can't access the network and i can't download zaeed....

I'm trying what Falci suggested. They're trying to manually activate it on my account, but it isn't working.

Edit: Ha. Well, it was working, but there was a misunderstanding and the Cerberus network was activated on the wrong account. All is well though, it was sorted.

Edit 2: The support person activated it on xbox 360. ****.

Well i got the code but my PC can't run mass effect 2 -> Sad face.. i contacted ea supporrt but they said the promo was only for PC and that they would not give me DLC on xbox or PS3

lol actually i managed to make them give me my DLC.. and i discovered that if real life was like in Fallout 3 i'd have a barter skill of 100 cause that was a serious negotiation with the support guy but he was very good at what he was doing and very helpful too. EA is not completaly lost afterall

Downloaded and installed the free dlc's like firewalker, normandy crash etc. The computer I use to play ME2 on is not connected to the internet. An error message is displayed
unable to authorize listed dlc's. Can the free dlc's be accessed without internet
connection?

In the box if you bought it hardcopy, otherwise it should have been sent to you via email. Check your spam folders in case it got incorrectly sorted. If you still cant find it, speak with EA support.

I bought it retail with a box but there isn't any kind of key exept the cd-key. Is it supposed to be on a single paper or wrote somewhere else? PS. Sorry for bad english.

It should be either on a slip of paper, or plastic card within the box.

Yep, EA support are the only ones who can help you now. Try Live Chat, as you will get an answer quicker than relying on email.
