Before i do something i might regret, i just wanted to know if completing the quests from Exiled Prince, would result in losing Sebastian as a companion..
worried about losing sebastian..

Which quest exactly? The one where you have to kill the Flint guys in the first act or his quest in act 2? Actually it doesn't matter, you don't lose him because you do his quests. In order to get him as a companion you have to do them.
Sebastian does have a crisis, though, but much later in the game.

Ah okay, its just because i got worried when i read that u had to choose wether to help him with his personal revenge, or keep him to help you with your own against the enemies in kirkwall..

Having Sebastian there for that scene in Act 3 does make it better I think.
