I think the best thing you can do, Dino, is stop making threads about girls/your love life/sex on a game forum. People may leave you alone then.

Why do people keep asking for relationship advice on a gaming company’s website?

No, actually, let me rephrase. Why do YOU keep asking for relationship advice on a gaming company’s website? Don't get me wrong Dino, I like you because you agreed with me once before, and when people agree with me I get a raging boner, but these topics in general are becoming tiresome. I’m not really sure what words of wisdom you expect to hear apart from “take her up the butt.”

Obviously with so many romances in Bioware games, we gamers have become experts on the subject.

Pfft Like the romances in BioWare games are anything like real life.

(Great, now I'm starting to adopt the "Pfft". This is all your fault)

You don't talk to a girl 2 or 3 times and then have sex with her? What's wrong with you?

Better girls in RL than you obsessing with an online one again. But still dude, girls arent the be all and end all. Your desperation to find a girl is gonna start showing in your behaviour and you'll just freak her out. Relax and you'll soon be dating like everyone else.

Who the hell wants to be dating? Dating=total waste of time=in modern society, materialism transferred to human beings...no thank you...

No, it's not. Dating has merely become another form of product shopping; you can see this epitomised on so-called online dating sites. You meet someone wih your list of parameters (euphemism here for shopping list) and tick off one by one what you (by dint of your own credulity) believe to be the 'right' characteristics. I lost interest in this game in any sense apart from the sociological one.

Lol. i meant dating in the sense of going out with someone and getting to know them, as in what you call a relationship before you call it a relationship, not doing the rounds and picking out a potential mate from a few as if thats the be all and end all of life. That is wrong, and i certainly dont see the appeal of it. Plus even if people say they want big ****** brown hair small nose etc everyone knows that becomes meaningless very shortly anyway.

hmm, about dating being a waste of time. well, it certainly can be. if you are dating a girl to get into her pants, then you are wasting your time. if you are spending money on a girl to get her to sleep with you, then you are wasting your time as well as your money.

however dating can be a good way to spend a day or evening. you can have a great time without spending a bunch of money. take a chick to a museum on a free day or to a park. get creative. what is important, the money you spend or the time together? plus, if that chick doesn't want to do the free stuff, then you know you don't have to waste your time and energy on them.

Use nonchalant conversation topics like "how was your weekend" to break the ice to start talking to her!! Communication is one of the biggest keys! You WANT to be friends with her first, that's always a good step. All this friend zone stuff sure it exists but the right signals will keep you out of the danger zone. Get to know her a little and give her the chance to know you a bit better because chances of her wanting to hang out with someone she barely knows is unlikely and there's a lot of pressure.
Get to know her and then take her out to a movie, she'll get the hint. If she doesn't it's dark enough you can reach for her hand without it being awkward :)
