Forgive me if this has already been posted.

I have noticed a bug which whilst not game breaking does shatter immersion quite a bit, namely when Anders and Meredith have the glowing eyes thingy it's not their eyes that are glowing, but either a spot about two inches in front of their eyes or more ridiculous in Meredith's case a reed spot on each cheek like some sort of clown thing.

Has anyone else noticed this?.

Same thing here! It does look bad. Hopefully it can be fixed in a patch.

It happened with me before I switched to an HDTV. Also Fire tended to float underneath torches instead of on top of them.

I have that issue as well.
That's an issue on SDTVs, because for some reason, models and bgs are squished horizontally during cut-scenes.

Ah, that makeks sense. Sigh. I do not have money to get an HD TV just so my cuscenes will show up correctly. <_<

I have an HD tv and I get the choppy, flickering cut scenes and the misplaced glowy eyes as well. It's not just an SD issue.

Seriously? Hmmm, is your HDTV widescreen?

Certain older HDTVs exhibit the same symptoms that SD users are having. I'm not the biggest TV aficionado so I can't tell you exactly what the discerning characteristic is for those older HD ones off the top of my head but we're aware of it.

Awesome! :D

I thought I might've just been yelling into the wind, so to speak. It's encouraging to know that you guys are aware of the problems we're having.

Are the older HDTVs that are experiencing the problems CRTs? Could have something to do with progressive/interlaced.

Thanks for the reply. My tv is less than six months old, so I don't know if it's an age thing. I did futz around with the widescreen/regular and aspect ratio stuff. It helped with the flickering cut scenes, but the glowy eyes just won't line up. It's annoying, but not game breaking, I guess. Not like the other problems I've got, which you guys are working on. Can't wait for the patch! I really want to play this game the way you meant for us to play it. Image IPB
