ahhhh crap, you have to be kidding me right? I never liked any of the stuff to do with....with......bah hum bug ( 2D cartoons, especially asian ones as they creep me out a lot, especially if they are taking material from games/shows that consistently produce far better quality scenes like ME and Halo - bear in mind i am asian).

so your saying just because you may think the comics suck that automaticly makes this anime show not worthy? heck im willing to bet 70% of the fans hated on arrival because they were still coming off the travisty wich was dragon age 2. so in a way yes it is fear mongoring. how can you judge anything when its not out yet?

I'ts not a judment of the product, but the principle and mentality behind it. There is a possibility this anime will be good, though I will admit to doubting that. I'm against the corporate whoring of the Mass Effect IP, or any IP for that matter. There's only so much stuff you can make before it feels like it's just being churned out to satisfy greed. Which, by the way, is something that cannot be satisfied.
All I will give the film credit for is taking on subject matter outside of the game narrative. Video game adaptations have never been held to a very high standard, and considering the deteriorating creative atmosphere I believe to be permeating Bioware from the cancer that is EA I have little hope that this movie is anything but another cash grab.Tazzmission wrote...

imo this is better over the mass effect live film. at least this anime can do something new to the universe other than destroying it like the live film can. i fully support a series on adult swim if they would do it.
