I dun think Wrex or Legion will be in your squad... as they'll be leading their armies against the Reapers. Only those that do not have a prominent role in their society will be in your squad, so people like Garrus, Ashley/Kaiden, Thane, and possibly Tali will be available. Since Tali is the daughter of one of the Quarian admirals Im not so sure... but then again if she has the option to be exiled in ME2, I think thats a good indicator that she can be in your squad in ME3 since she will not be tied the Flotilla. But who knows!

The lack of information about Tali is quite telling...or BioWare pulling a massive troll for lol's...or concerned about people crying foul about whatever it is they've done..

My money is on her leading the Quarian fleet as an Admiral....even if she was exiled...and still alive at the end of ME2...there are ways that they can work around that.  I don't like having choice and then it being ignored and having a forced outcome upon me...but in this case, ME has pretty much been consistent in forcing a few outcomes, and Tali is a big enough character (in both the story and fan sense) that it wouldn't be a huge issue.

The other reason I lean towards this is because it gives your shep an avenue to direct the Quarian forces...the multiple endings in ME3 give the suggestion that there are multiple paths that can be taken through the game...perhaps with a big focus on having a greater say with the forces at your command.  With the Quarians - having an Admiral onside (which also can swing vote the geth / quarian conflict) allows you to dictate in some way if they're defending worlds, taking back others etc etc.

I think she'll still get time as a squad mate...but looking at a lot of ME3...I believe it will be you'll only have a small amount of permanent squad mates (Virmire Survivor etc) and hook up with others through the game...e.g during the quarian 'recruitment' you'll get Tali...if Reapers try to take out Shadow Broker..you'll get Liara etc.

However..at this stage...I wouldn't be surprised by just about anything they pull out of their insanely large hat...

^I wouldn't be surpsied if she becomes an Admiral (for those who haven't let exile her) and will play major role in Quarian&Geth truce/alliance. She'd also have decisive vote with the Geth for supporting galaxy united fleet in defeating the Reapers.

It's already been indicated the post was not legit. The original creator of it did it as a joke and admitted it was an attempt at spinning some heads without making a mess.

Still, nearly convinced me though. I'm happy to see Tali's role is still ambiguous rather than confirmed as non-squady.
