The only thing I saw on Mass Effect 2 was the first teaser trailer and one gameplay clip where fakeShep pushes someone out a window and obviously the box art (which spoiled Thane and Miranda). Other than that I was not spoiled in the slightest when I played ME2. Even though Bioware tried their hardest to spoil me with their huge spoiler-filled ad campaign!

Oh, I am quite safe from your rebel friends here!

Shepard looks too big for his own boots, and his image is slowly bordering on "super"hero, compared to highly skilled N7 operative.
That saying "don't judge a book by its cover" - I hope that is the case here. ;)

hopefully no story spoilers, we already know the general gist of it, what i want is detail on changes or new gameplay additions based on feedback etc

I love getting info on games but Bioware has serious issues with giving spoilers in their media campaigns.

Why cant we have more puzzles and teasers like the lead up to the VGA announce?? At least you have to go out of your way to be spoiled.

There really should be two covers. One with the obligatory male Shep and one with the female Shepard who is the only actual real Shepard.

Agreed, the female shep is soo much more inspiring, and the voice acting has ALOT to do with that. Fem shep voice vs. male shep voice....wow no camparison, fem shep wins everytime.

But of course we live in a world where when it comes down to it, the man is the media icon. Even if the fem shep is way better done than the male shep.

I encourage everyone to have two saves, one as male and one as female. You'll see the difference real quick.

Dear Lord, not that official douchenozzle face again. That Shepard looks like the biggest bag-a-douche in the galaxy. I would totally fire the artist who drew that abomination of a Shepard. *hint to BioWare* *wink, wink*

My first playthrough is always as a custom FemShep (Paragon) and then I play through again as default MaleShep, usually as Renegade. He looks like a jerk, so I might as well play him as a jerk. :P

Looks great. That being said, Bioware PLEASE DO NOT spoil this game in your marketing campaign. For example, in your trailers, please don't have spoil moments, no pictures, nothing ! I was fortunate enough to miss your ME2 market campaign. When I got done playing ME2, I looked back on the promo videos and trailers etc. and found them very spoilerific.

He does kind of look like a jerk. But don't you want to give him your own look ?  I don't know why people play rpgs and then use the default look. Anyway I vastly prefer male shepard. Femshep annoys the crap out of me.

Same. At least the story isn't for a magazine I like and regularly read. That would make the avoiding quite a bit harder.

That cover is "full of win."
The front is cool enough, but the back cover with all the Reapers entering Earth's atmosphere... epic on such a grand scale.

I don't want to know anything about this game. I don't wanto to know about new squadmates, new gameplay, new environments or anything else for that matter. I know it's going to be good ( fingers crossed) and I want to be pleasantly surprised when I pop ME 3 in my Xbox 360 on launch day.
