Hi everyone, as for ME3 info, I can bet quite a big stack of money that we're going to see some trailer/video documentary sooner than you may think. In fact, I expect one to arrive around next week. Game Informer are doing a month of ME3 coverage this month, and most of the games they revealed like this got a trailer at about the middle of the list of coverage.

Here is the link:

http://www.gameinfor...asseffect3.aspx

"Check back 4/13/11"

Maybe tomorrow?

Thanks for that! Page has been favourited.

A question, are we now with the Alliance and have a new Alliance crew or do we keep the Cerberus crew? and another question, is the Normandy SR2 tracked? as in, can it be tracked by Cerberus seeing as it was made by them? Because if so, we might get an SR3 or something.

Oh and one of the things I both liked and disliked about ME2 was that the new Normandy was too perfect lol, it was great, but I hope they make it look like it's been used a bit more this time around, as Cerberus obviously makes all of their stuff picture-perfect, whereas the Aliance Normandy was more...realistically made as a war-ship, although that's not a game design problem obviously, it's more of an in-character type of thing, as Shepard himself points it out that it's picturesque.

I'm all for the SR2 having a "battlescar" texture to it. Like if you managed to gather all the upgrades and not lose people in-route to the collector base, there should be like plating burn (technically boiling) scars on the shell of the SR2.

Man, loving the graphics and a lot of the redesigns. Only thing I'm iffy on is Ash. If that's her off-duty look, okay. I can see it. However it would make no sense if she went into battle like that. Eyeliner? Hair that can easily get it her eyes or get pulled/caught in something? No armor? She's a soldier. Her first priority is to kick ass. That kind of look on a mission is plausible for someone like Miranda, who obviously has some vanity issues, but Ashley?

I noticed Liara was in her armor on another page and the ME writing team has done a great job with the female cast in the previous games, so I'm not pushing the panic button yet. For now, I'm going to assume it's her off duty look, and I really, really hope I'm right. Love the other stuff, though. Anderson looks bad-ass in armor.

I hope since this is the last ME,they really work on the voice acting, most of the humans had poor voice acting, male sheppard included, only seth green as joker did a good job,and on ME2,it was really lame the voice acting.

Each to their own. Some like certain voice actors, others like others. For me, Jennifer Hale didn't sound so convincing as this "badass butch soldier". Something about the way she talked put me off. I prefer the male Shep's voice.

Well if all you can complain about is the voice acting, They did a good job making the game no?

Wait, for real? Bioware games consistently have the best voice acting of any video games out there. Hell, it's better than most animation out there, on par with even the stuff directed by Andrea Romano. I'd even argue that voice acting in Bioware games -- KOTOR especially -- raised the bar for the industry and forced other developers to start taking voicework seriously at the risk of looking silly in comparison. If you look at voice acting in video games, you've kind of got the pre-KOTOR stuff, the best of which was the likes of Metal Gear Solid, and post KOTOR where even shooters like Call of Duty are enlisting veteran voice actors like Keith David instead of just having Bob the Programmer take a shot at voicing characters.

I mean like...what are your standards? If ME2 isn't good voice acting, what is in your opinion?

Also, I guess to each his own, but Jennifer Hale rates around an 11 on Badass-O-Meter.

Ok maybe i overreacted,i take back what i said, but i think the worst were the voice acting and the animation sync,it didn't blend,Anderson,Sheppand,Udina,Liara some times, yeah but i think what i tried to mean is the animation sync with the voice acting.

Mh, maybe you should play the english version? I finished ME and ME2 a couple of times and never ever noticed any sync problems.

ME voice cast is simply awesome. I´m spanish but I think is the best voice acting I have heard in a videogame. Hope ME3 continues the perfect direction that Bioware has drawn whit those games.

Honestly a suggestion that would sweeten the mass effect series. would be to put the ending music from mass effect 1 as the theme song or ending song for 3.

Judging from ME: Retribution, this game will be taking place over a year after Arrival.

I'm not going to start anything or beg for anything. I'll be content enough to see Zaeed or Legion return in some capacity.

The ME timeline follows real-life, just plus 175 years.  The same amount of time that passes in the ME universe mirrors real-life.

I.e. The amount of months that passes between the release of the Arrival DLC and ME3, is the amount of months from the events of Arrival to Shepard's trial.

It's sort of safe to assume right now it's April 12/13, 2186 in the ME timeline.

So, about six months is accurate.

Six months sounds about right since the doc said the repears could be slowed down by a few months or a year she really couldn't tell.

Emphatically disagree.  No need for redundancy.  Let them pick another awesome song from the whole universe of music out there.  Could even be M4 Part 1.

Anybody else annoyed by all the misinformation floating around, twisted from the GameInformer article?  All these game "journalists" (folks who repeat what game site x said, who repeated what game site y said, who wrote up a piece from a picture from a magazine) keep saying Wrex, Mordin, and Legion are confirmed to not be squadmates, when the article states they are not confirmed to be squadmates.  Writers should know the difference.

Thus why are writers instead of producers of content.
