Don't believe the hype. Everyone. I repeat EVERYONE that survived the Suicide Mission will be in ME3. From Cerberus Chum to Drell assassin, they'll all be back because ME2 was a set up for ME3.

Have you seen new pause screen ? It's blue and there is a "resource" tab under pause menu :D yay, it's ME3 pause menu!! :D You should clearly see it around 30-35 seconds in "Creating The Voice of Legion video"

http://www.gameinfor...-of-legion.aspx

I hope I've transcribed correctly what legion says in ME3 (i have never heard that dialogue in an entire ME2, so I assume it's from quarian homeworld, ME3)

This area houses data pertaining to the initial geth creator conflict...

ME3 PAUSE MENU (looks almost indentical to ME2, except blue color and some numbers running on the right side of the screen)

Ah the token color of ME3 is blue, strange, ME1's was blue also.

I thought the main color would be something else, as ME2's was orange/red.

EDIT:  No, it's a violet color, with a blue highlight where you put the radial for your selection.

That was a nice piece of news. I always wondered how Legion's voice was created.

Crappy interviews? Really?

Guys, the legion voice creation is a great topic, and something I wanted to know myself. Good interview. But it should have been released on par with Mass Effect 2....it's not really relevant to ME3 now...

A trailer, or some form of gameplay footage. i beg!

I don't really see anyone badmouthing the Legion video. The previous interview before was what people were complaining about where it didn't really have any information whatsoever about ME3 besides the fact they were eager to get it done...

Just because he's new doesn't mean he's a troll, he asked a legitimate question, he might not have had time to see all the interviews and information on Mass Effect 3, jeez.

I think you might be right, just compared the Mass Effect 2 armor to the one on the GameInformer Hub. The shoulders look bigger. Or is this just me?

I'd say the texture looks more shiney than it was in ME2.

Also if you look on the GamerInformer Hub there is bit of armor near his wrist, which compared to the Mass Effect 2 image of the armor is looks more bulky. Or is this just me again?

Of course, they will have to have some more squad members for ME3 available who weren't selectable in ME 2. Cuz if you play a save where all the squad members died except Shepard and where Wrex was killed in ME1, it would effectively mean that Liara, Ashley/Kaiden and this James Sanders guy would be your only available squad members for the entire game, which seems unlikely.

I also believe that not all of the surviving members of ME2 will play that significant of a part in ME3. For instance, Zaeed and Katsumi till probably only be mentioned in passing, and since they were both DLC's, the story can't necessitate their existence as not everyone bought the DLC for ME2. I also think that Samara/Mordith will have a very marginal role, if any at all, since it will be too confusing for the developers to both keep track of who lived (they've had enough trouble with that for Ashley and Kaiden) and expand on characters that weren't really fleshed out in ME2 (remember, they weren't really romanceable and joined in quite lte in the game and had no real in-depth storyline after their personal quest was completed). Grunt will probably also be largely absent as I suspect Wrex will fill his shoes, and in case Wrex is dead, that part till be filled by the Krogan brother who took his place in ME2. It would be too big a gap for the developers to fill otherwise in the event that the player has gotten both Wrex and Grunt killed.

One thing I do wonder however, is if the player sold Legion to Cerberus, will he considered "dead" or will he be back for ME3 and have that part about being sold as a back story?

Dr Chakwas will definitely be back as the developers insisted on keeping her alive during the conclusion of ME2 (remember, the entire crew can perish EXCEPT Chakwas, obviously she’s returning and plays an important supporting role in ME3 as she has in the previous two games).

Emily Wong will undoubtedly make a final cameo appearance.

Aria T'Loak will possibly also have another cameo, considering that she seems to hold a lot of clout and that her character wasn’t fleshed out fully in ME2 while still being deemed important enough to play a central part in the comics. The leads me to believe that she must at least be mentioned in ME3 at some point, and possibly even make a brief appearance.

I am curious to see two characters from ME1 who were absent from, but mentioned in ME2 will manage to swing a return to ME#. Firstly, Balak, the Batarian terrorist, who may have escaped, depending on how the events played out, and remains unfinished business in the ME saga. Secondly, Engineer Adams, who took Tali under his wing in ME1 and developed a special bond with her (the latter commenting on how difficult it was to get by without Adams in ME2). Since he stayed with the Alliance, it is not impossible he’ll make a return when all chips are down, perhaps even appearing at Shepard’s trial? Who knows? Or maybe Bioware will do to him what they did to Navigator Pressly in ME1 and have him done away with in the opening sequence.

My two-cents on who’s up for ME3. Reflections?
