Haha, yep. Thanks for the read, though. It was good for information and a few laughs to boot. Great combination.

Looking up an earlier thread (about an Swedish article) on those forums, turned up the following. Handy, an translator. We've got already more info then I thought... and GI is actually lagging behind a bit. They've got some interesting stuff, but this is better IMHO.

I was reading this article, and there is a picture of someone jumping down on a bed, which appears to be in shepards cabin in mass effect 2
if you look above the headboard, on the wall is a poster that looks like the Fornax magazine cover
page 56, GO LOOK!

If the story of ME 3 is full of bull sh*t then they suck at creating games with a story

Cry more Cerberus fan boy. Better yet find some people who care and two the old saying goes put up or shut up. Get a job writing storylines for games/movies/books and then come back to judge.

I think Cerberus want to kill Shepard because he/she didn't return the Normandy (everyone knows that the SR-2 was built by Cerberus) and his/her decision changed Miranda, Jacob and Normandy crew. I think the decision at the end of ME2 won't be a primary reason to fight with Shepard.

in the Game Informer article that this thread is about, there is a picture of someone crashing through a skylight onto a bed. It looks like the room is shepards cabin from the 2nd normandy. If you look on the walla above the headboard of the bed, there is a poster. It looks like the cover for the Fornax magazine you can get in ME2.

Tried to preorder ME3, only to get transfered to EA-Sweden. (Yeah, I'm Swedish, so far so good.)
But EA-Sweden's website, haven't been updated since 30year war....
Oh wait, they did made an update, now we can PreOrder Dragon Age 2, a game that has been out for a few months now..

I talked to "support" (I know what we in the forum calls it, hence the "" )
They said "Follow this link and preorder from the UK site. Followed the link, and got EA-Sweden.

So, anyone, knows about a "hard coded link" that will allow me to preorder?
Or if there are any other ways to preorder the game, not including EA's pos sites?

According to Mass Effect Evolution, Illusive Man has been partially assimilated by Reapers. The artificial eyes I mean. Maybe finally Reapers sucessfuly indoctrinated him. And he could be the new Saren if not the end boss.

Exactly. TIM's eyes are a dead giveway. He's going all Saren Arterius on Shep's ass.

Well maybe that's how we get to kill Harbinger, by killing TiM?
Hmm, one down 1 million to go?

That would be inconsistent. TIM has devoted his entire career towards stopping the Reapers (and limiting all other alien's influence as well). That he would turn all of a sudden and sell out humanity to aliens seems illogical, and I have a hard time seeing how his human supremacist followers could stand for it. If TIM is indoctrinated, it certainly wouldn't seem like it's by the alien Reapers.

Actully he never right out says we need to stop the reapers, its always about the Collectors. He mentions them but most of your efforts were on the collectors, I still maintane he thinks we can't win and is going down the road of the crazy doc, and Saren. By making us useful. Killing the collectors allows free space for someone else.

That is .... kind of a scary thought.

would'nt it be in humanity's best interest (which TIM always has) to serve the reapers?  it would stop our extinction while at the same time purging the galaxy of all the other aliens

Well, Mass Effect 2 is primarily about the collectors.  The fact that TIM never mentioned stopping the Reapers may (or may not be) be a coincidence.  If you're right Kenkenpachi, then that would be quite the plot twist that could even give the most hardcore Cerberus supporters pause for thought.  Being spared by the Reapers would not neccesarrily mean survival of humanity, as every human would be repurposed just as the collectors were.

We would probably end up looking like a bunch of Borg stunt doubles on crack.

Reapers want to make a human reaper to immortalize our species. Their idea of saving and ours differ fundamentally. TIM may want to assert humanity's superiority by making us the only race assimilated. We are the only race they have really showed interest in. In no small part due to the actions of Shepard.

I thought it curious that the only time that TIM shows any significant emotional reaction to anything Shepard does is when - if - you choose to destroy the Collector base. This is immediately following his statement that "we've finally captured the Collector base". That might not be exact word for word, but I know that what he said caught my attention at the time for his choice of words because it made it sound as if the capturing of the base was his real goal the entire time, which would suggest that he somehow knew about it already.

There's something funky going on there...but I don't believe that TIM is siding with the Reapers either. TIM is too self-serving in his goals to ever stoop to the level of subjecting himself to an alien machine's control. I think he's got his own plans and I wouldn't be surprised if he's out to devise some way of turning Reapers to his own advantage. For an organization that believed and succeeded in bringing a person literally back to life it isn't that much of a stretch that they might try to turn Reapers to their own use, despite the risks involved - they've already shown what they're willing to risk. TIM has never struck me as an individual to be intimidated by a machine either, Reaper or no.
