 just wondering where do you get it?
i heard you can get it from a quest if you burned amaranthine to the ground, however i saved the city
is there a quest to get it if u saved the city?

The amulet? Appears as random loot. One also is found in some mine (if i recall correctly, Bone pit during Anders' act III quest).

I think I got 2 of them actually. Yeah it's random I'm pretty sure.
