I believe that the N7 Complete Arsenal Bundle should be able to be purchased by PC and 360 users, however, this is just a suggestion.
There are several bits of DLC that the PS3 users are able to purchase and get access to, even though some of this content was meant to be preorder only and exclusive.
I understand that this may be due to the late launch of the title on that platforum, however, why couldn't BioWare have made these same pre-order bonuses for people who preordered the PS3 version, not just allow anyone and everyone to purchase them?
Personally, this makes me feel like PC and 360 users are getting shafted, not allowed to be able to purchase content that PS3 users can. It would be a simple port to the PC and 360 platforms, and heck, it'd even make money for EA/BioWare.
What do you guys think about my suggestions? Any opinions? Also, I'm aware that some of them are just weapon packs and you can still enjoy the game, however, there are people that want to buy these weapon packs and can't due to the platform they game on. I'd buy it right now if I were allowed to.

maybe its just because PS3 users got it late they wanted to throw extra stuff...
kinda like "its fair that they get extra stuff becasue they waited a year"

It's that way most likely because we xbox and pc gamers had our chance to get those DLCs. We could've pre-ordered ME2 at the specific retailer, while PS3 users didn't have that chance. However, given that the Inferno Armor is now sold in the Equalizer pack when it was a pre-order bonus, I don't see why they wouldn't offer the Terminus Armor and Heavy Weapon as a for purchase DLC. Maybe some day they will offer that for all of us.

Well, the Terminus Armor and Heavy Weapon should at least come out in some DLC back for us to purchase, if that happens, I'll buy the digital deluxe copy of the game so I can obtain all the DLC. Since that copy comes with the Collector's Armor and weapon, then I'll just buy each DLC.
