Are there any mods that remove friendly fire from the Nightmare settings? I found this: http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=2557

But that one apparently does not change the AI behaviour, only damage and such. Are there any mods that works more completely?

You could try editing the difficulty.gda. Friendly fire is column 5
