Just wondering whether anyone has any info on how my actions will affect the entire group of followers.
If hypothetically my rogue PC was to leave her party members at camp and head into town to pickpocket everyone solo would this affect everyone at camps stance towards me or not?
Do you actions affect only your current companions who see you commit them or is everyone affected regardless of whether they see you perform an action?
Can I avoid damaging relationships with various NPCs by ensuring they aren't in my party when I make particular choices?

1) No, you pickpoceting a bunch of ppl wont affect your party members (to my knowledge). Its way to minor of a thing for them to give a crap.
2) Your actions will affect all of the NPC's opinion of you regardless of wether or not they were present to see it. A dev explained this by showing how destroying a certain object in the game can make Leliana and wynne become so angry with the pc that they try to kill him/her. They also explained that the pc would have to still deal with their outburst of rage (desire to kill you) if you didn't have them in your party at the time of the action, but later switched them into your party.
3) I believe I already answered that.
