So this player tries to start Trinity, and the mod won't even unpack/load on her side. She can't even get to the character screen. She's running on a Mac. She's tried to redownload+reinstall twice and AFAICT is doing it right (not a noob). She's starting as new campaign as she should. Her override is empty.
No other player has ever reported this behavior.
What could be going wrong?Thank for helping me debug.

LotD crashed for some Mac players in this one interior area that was only two tiles. I had to add a few empty border tiles to get it to work. That doesn't seem like something that would crash at character creation, but you never now.

Maybe she should empty her local vault as well.
