I have a question:
How do you get the warhound?
I have the signature edition and the Black Emporium, but i don't know if he's a playable character like in DA:O or is it a power.

You have to summon him as if he was a sustained talent or spell.

Hawke will automatically summon him when you start a new game. Otherwise, you'll need to go into the Abilities menu, zoom in on the Hawke section, and drag the dog icon to your quickbar.
