I'd have loved a non-crazy Meredith in the finale, though I'd love a quite a few minor tinkers with it. It has the ingredients to be amazing, just it was obvious the execution was a bit rushed. If there was no stupid Lyrium Idol making Meredith crazy, when Cullen and Co. rebelled against her rule, it could be turned into them getting rid of the religious idealogy and becoming more like the Mage Police or something, which would actually make the so called templar rebellion make sense if you sided with them.

Since if you do its like yeah Hawke saved Kirkwall and is working with Knight-Commander Cullen when the mages rebelled, and then suddenly, templars rebel! Its a bit wtf...But if Meredith was simply being a total hardliner, which she was anyway, and Cullen and some of the good templars saw it as overstepping bounds, it would be much better than Lightsaber and Transformers.

I'd LMAO if any of her schemes actually worked.

Um, they did work. The Arishok was provoked and he attacked.

Yeah the main problem here again is the damn idol.
All potential for nuance and storytelling out the window. It's just sad really.

Duh. Meredith and Elthina are both hotter than Petrice.

What puts me off about Petrice is not that she's mean or evil. It's that she's as dumb as a cow. I'd LMAO if any of her schemes actually worked.

Worked fine really if you think about it. You can even help her.
Plus she got rid of Seamus. What's not to like?

I felt for the Viscount, wasn't a pleasant scene.
Especially when I picked the purple option. Hawke you idiot.

Her goal was to invoke the Faithful in Kirkwall to attack the Qunari, not the other way around. You can say she got her wish, but Kirkwall gets roflstomped if it were not for the Champion, just like Petrice should have been rolfstomped the time she tried to 'recruit' those mercs in Lowtown in Act I. She also tried repeatedly to kill Hawke and failed hilariously every time - Have you noticed how weak the Righteous Mob is compared to normal enemies? They can't even fight the Guards, much less the Qunari. Many of them were literally housewives armed with kitchen knives.

Petrice is like a 6-year-old girl who's trying so hard to get her parents divorced, and so convinced that she's actually succeeding. She does this by raising the toilet seat after her dad leaves the bathroom, etc. Eventually her parents do get divorced, but that's only because her mom has a problem with her dad's drinking, while Petrice doesn't even know what alcohol is.

And people call Merrill immature. Pffffft.

I was honestly too busy looking for an option to shank her to notice that she is a women. I have no idea how attractive she is. All I see when I look at her is the murderknife.
