Finished Awakening where I imported my warden from origins, where my warden romanced Leliana and in Awekenings at the end said that she went with her true love of Alister ,whats up with that,anybody else have a different ending?

If you romance both you get that end (Alistair true love, Leliana not mentioned). If you only romance Leliana you should have gotten a different one (Screenshot). Perhaps you started Alistair's romance with a stray line and that's what's causing the trouble. Awakening has a hard time evaluating romances. Any casual flirting will get you Zevran's love letter for instance. That too takes precedence over Leliana's (same as Alistair's epilogue) so a character Leliana loves and Zevran is warm towards will end up with a letter from only the latter.

You could load up a late game Origins save and see if the Alistair romance is active. If it is terminate it. Rather than replay the whole game I mean.
