I can't even believe Ash's new look.

Why would they do that? Were Miranda, Samara, and Jack not shameless enough?

Except she isn't exposing any skin. So your shameless accusation rings a tad hollow. There is nothing wrong with Ash letting her hair down. Frankly, it looks better.

I agree Ash looks better with her hair down

the catsuit she wears is cool too as long as those are her shore clothes and not her battle attire

At least Ash's new look looks like something someone would actually wear!

Maybe, but it doesn't look like something Ash would wear.

Unless...oh, man.
What if they try to give her personality more "sex appeal" as well?
I'm a little worried.

Me too, actually. I'd really like Ashley to come off as fairly similar (but more seasoned, confident and such) to her ME1 personality. I guess this is all the more reason to hope Miranda's back in a big way so the writers feel less tempted to go that route with someone else.

I'm thinking that Ashley kinda looks like she could be like a secret agent or like with a different branch of the Alliance. Probably not but that's just my first impression of her new outfit. I think it would be cooler if Ashley/Kaiden was more hard core. Like being away from shepard those couple years gave them their own time to grow into a new field or position.

Is she not a self-proclaimed hellcat off the battlefield, as well? Personally, I like seeing her outside of her standard-issue Phoenix armor. And her new outfit is hardly something I would call "revealing." I'm surprised people are pointing this out and not that her hair color turned from a raven black into a golden brown... but it's no big deal for me. Personally, I think she looks better with brown hair. I'm just glad she's back! <3

...and all the politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper, "You've dismissed that claim."

Don't worry, though. I'm sure Mr. Velarn will still deny the Reapers even as they're attacking the Citadel. Most likely, huddled under his desk, sucking his thumb repeating, "They're not real. They're not real. We have dismissed that claim. They're not real!"

He will blame the Reapers on being Advance Geth ships like he did in ME2 basically.  Oh maybe he will be huskified and we get to shoot him :D

Ashley's wearing a catsuit and loose-hair despite being a Marine grunt. As for her skin, the new cleaveage may be "less gratuitous" than warrior Samara's, but she's still being exploited in a way that does not fit her role or personality.

I just hope to gods she won't end up with tiny feet in high-heels too.

What am I saying? Judging by ME2, of course BioWare will shove her into that complete bimbo set.

I see they tried to "butch up" Kaidan. Brav-O, BioWare. Another instance of trying to fix something that didn't need fixing.

Actually Kaiden is on the front cover of the article in the game informer with Shepad and Liara.  He looks pretty much the same as he did in ME2 though, nothing too drastic.

masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Special:NewFiles

Kaidan is now armored-up and loaded-down so much that his head and neck look tiny, which, before was impossible.

At this rate it's going to be a miracle if they at least retain a few elements of their personalities.

Heres an idea:O!! Lets wait until the game is out before we make assumptions on their personalities. I mean we saw a few screenshots and thats enough to judge a whole game....... LOGIC FAIL!

I just looked and I saw Kaidan. Looks like the years are getting to him or something, I saw a bit of white in the hair.

people need to drop the "caster = no heavy armor" bs....it's a ridiculously old stereotype that does not even apply to ME in general since Kaiden and Shepard for instance are both Marines and as such should be able to wear heavy armor same as ALL the rest of the alliance Marines regardless of their biotic abilities

You sir are correct, but i Kaidan wont ever be in my games. I find Ashley to be more useful than Kaidan
