My new character isn't uploading, but an old one shows up on the site. My gamertag was joker ant, then I changed it to antUndead, now it's k2lu1990. When I check my characters on the site it says "joker ant's Player Profile." When I click Profile Diagnostics it says "Invlaid persona/game combination." Could changing my gamertag have caused an error that prevents my new character from being uploaded? If it matters, I'm still using the same console and copy of DA:O that I was when my gamertag was joker ant. How (if at all) can I get this fixed?

My character only updated today, it takes a while. Keep viewing your character and get others to do as well. The more people view it the faster it will upload.

Have you also spent the 800msp to change your gamertag?

You need to login to your EA account, from EA's homepage, and relink your new gamertag. Have EA support guide you through this if necessary but it was something you did initially and needs to be linked to the right tag.

Fair warning: Character pictures upload ONLY at the point of character creation, and to an extent they drive the character file. If you weren't properly connected to the EA servers at character creation time, chances are that character will NEVER upload to this site. I myself have a couple characters they never uploaded due to me playing offline during the patch 1.03 problems. Characters before and characters after uploaded fine, but not in between. Never did.

INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION has been on my profile diagnostics for months now.

I DID change my gamertag. But EVERYTHING is linked on the EA website, and it is also showing up perfectly fine on this site.

HOWEVER, I still keep getting the invalid persona/game combination message under profile diagnostics.

I have done everything I know how to do, and I CANNOT get Bioware's attention, and no one I've called at EA can help me.

They even escalated my trouble ticket to tier 3.

IS THERE ANYONE OUT HERE WHO CAN HELP ME?

And no, this is NOT me, just being ignorant about the fact that sometimes it takes a while for my character to update, or appear on the page.

I know about removing armor, and re equipping armor, then saving, etc. I know those tricks.

This is something entirely different.

I swear to goodness DOESN'T ANYONE FROM BIOWARE MONITOR THESE FORUMS?

Bleakwail thats about the same problem i have every thing has my same email.
my xbox gamer tag wont link to my EA account because my gamertag is linked to this site
and this site has the same email as my EA account as does my xbox live gamertag and no one at ea has been able merge this acount with my EA account. So I see no need in purchasing any more EA games for Xbox whats the point if you cant use it with my gamertag.

well ea still wont link it was worth a try i deleted the account on here but my xbox gamertag wont link up with EA still so i had to create this new account to make post, horrible.
