I did the Murder of Crows and never found Isabella's Act 3 armor upgrade. The DA2 Guide says I should get Aveline's off of Captain Jevan. Yet neither place did I get an upgrade.
I even redid Aveline's quest and still no armor upgrade. I went to Mountain Cave and no I didn't miss anything.
Anyone know where in Act 3 you can get this?

Aveline's armor upgrade doesn't always drop. It's a known bug, and should be corrected in the big patch coming Soon™. Isabela's Boiled Leather Plates armor upgrade is found on a skeleton near the entrance of the Sundermount Passage where you fight the Varterral. It should be on a skeleton.
