My momentum randomly will just turn off and I don't realize it until later. Are enemies using something to interrupt or debuff it?

Did you switch to another character at some point. If the character in question does not have it listed in his tactics to turn on momentum, he may turn it off in order to have enough stamina to user other abilities.

In my playthrough my Momentum would turn off if I ran out of stamina (as someone else had mentioned I see...doh)

With the fire weapons buff, you're saying that the ability buff icon doesn't show up at all?

I believe Oghren's berserker stance is working as designed, in that it's only something that can work while in combat. Unfortunately the description for the skill doesn't seem to indicate that

I'll definitely flag it and file it. I can't promise if it will get fixed unfortunately, as it's not my call.

In the meantime the best "solution" I can think of is either tweaking the tactic so it only gets used when Oghren is surrounded by lots of enemies, or removing it as a tactic and enabling it during larger or more critical fights.

I know that there is a known, rare issue where the fiery animation no longer shows up. Can I just get you to confirm that the bonus damage is not being applied (You say it isn't, I just want to confirm).

Assuming your initial assessment is correct, go the the details page of that weapon, take a screenshot and send it to me. This will help me replicate it as close to your system as possible, which will help me troubleshoot the issue. Thanks!
