You don't, really. He just kind of spills the beans when he starts using blood magic, and you can call him on that. He'll then mention Quentin right before abominating.

Played the game 3 times and I never did such a thing.
Side with the mages and you get one confused line about it from him before he goes Harvester.
Side with the templars and he explains it a bit more but still goes Harvester.
Both times there's really no "call out" about it. He just says a line or two depending on if you're defending him or attacking him.
