Fellow overseas US military, this is a work around for purchasing Bioware Points with your APO/FPO address.

For APO address use the state New York. For FPO address uses the corresponding state that your zip uses.

Then you will have to use a VPN to connect to somewhere in the US so that your computer acts like it is in USA. I used an awesome program called hidemyass. It retarded that we have to do this, but it works. Connect a VPN back in the states, restart your browser and try the purhase.
