Why on earth aren't there different types of lips?  You have choices for the eyes and the nose, what about the lips?

Mass effect had great choices, the shape of the mouth adds a lot of character.

In DA2 they even removed the option to adjust mouth width.  So disappointing :(

Agreed.

One thing I could never stand is the fact that the cheeks cave in when you activate beards. There's a very noticeable gap between the beard and the face. And the fact that they lock the Cheeks, Mouth and Ears/Neck sliders irks me even more. With the exception of Hawke, none og my characters in DA:O or DA2 had beards.

I guess it's hard to animate the mouth properly if it's variable. You could get some weird things happening on the rare occasions you saw the Warden with an expression.

I see why they took it away but it's something I really miss, too. I liked giving someone a wide mouth or rosebud lips. It added some character.

I support more lips.

Seriously, this is totally one of the first things I noticed about the character creator. It pissed me the hell off is what it did.
