It's a weapon, point it at the target and fire.
No twirling, no spinning, no behind the back, no slamming it into the dirt...
This probably requires a fully working toolset, I'm guessing.

Yes, including the behind the back spin move. It is an excellent movement for conserving momentum during display. Also, as I suspect you are aware, 'on a target 30 yards away' invalidates your own argument as well.

BTW, some of the same issues existed in DAO with finishing moves. Got whacked a few times because I couldn't do anything else while the "fancy-shmancy" move finished. Very frustrating.
