As far as my opinion goes, it shouldn't be an interactive comic but an interactive movie made up from cutscenes of the important bits of the first 2 games.

The comic for ME2 was a complete pile of s***.

Not too sure if that would have been a good idea.  An interactive full motion video would have used up a great chunk of disc space which could be used for better things.  The interactive comic is a more compact solution that won't require much disc space.  If anything the chances are that the prologue comic will not be offered on disc but it will be part of the Cerberus network and will have to be downloaded.

There is actually NO reason not to be happy about the comic.

Because it will be there for people who've never played ME1 or 2, Bioware won't have to come up with a "canon" Shepard, meaning they'll probably be putting more work into making the ramifications of your choices bigger, because they won't just be focusing on making sure the story and characters make sense for a "canon" Shepard that newbies will be using.

If you played both ME's the comic doesn't concern you. Just ignore it. However, I am looking forward to being able to change major decisions without playing 60+ hours of game again. If its a piece of sh!t, who cares? Youve either actully played the game, or missed out.
